I wear a lot of hats, but at my core, I’m someone who believes deeply in growth, balance, and becoming better. Not just for myself, but for the people around me.

I’m an emergency room nurse, an Air Force flight medic, a group fitness instructor and a full-time student.  I’m intentional about continuing my education because learning allows me to serve, teach, and give back at a higher level. Growth doesn’t stop at a degree or a title, and I want my journey to reflect that.

Outside of my professional roles, my greatest joy is being a mom. Life with my two amazing children, Cam and Niyah, keeps me grounded, motivated, and constantly reminded of what truly matters. They’re a big part of why I prioritize wellness, balance, and mental strength.

In my free time, you can usually find us traveling, exploring new places, or doing anything that lets us be outdoors together. Nature is where I reset, reflect, and reconnect. It’s where I find clarity, gratitude, and the reminder that progress doesn’t have to be rushed- it just has to be intentional.

Everything I do, in fitness, healthcare, and life, is rooted in showing up, staying curious, and choosing growth, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Nature grounds me. Family fuels me. And both remind me why balance, wellness, and mental strength matter so much.

  • My mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and capable, not just during a workout, but in everyday life.

Push in Progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and choosing progress again and again.

  • Years ago, I found myself at the heaviest I had ever been — physically uncomfortable and unhappy with my overall health and wellness. I didn’t recognize myself, and I knew something had to change.

That moment became a turning point. I made a decision to change my mindset, my body, and my overall lifestyle. I started my fitness journey with no shortcuts and no perfection — just commitment. And once I started, I never looked back.

What began as a personal transformation grew into a passion for helping others experience that same shift . Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

  • I believe in coaching with both passion and education. My approach to fitness is grounded in evidence-based training, real-world experience, and a deep understanding of the body.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sports & Health Sciences, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in Nutrition for Health and Fitness. I am also an ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor, bringing structured, intentional programming into every class and challenge.
